Wandering today in the world of torment and pain
I walk singing along the way
Through the relentless blizzards, storms and waves
Today I bring You praises.
 
I sing to You, I adore You, I glorify You, I magnify you
And I tell everyone how much I love You
From dawn to dusk, I always praise You

My footsteps walk through the valley of complaint
And I seek comfort

I run to the target on the thorny road
Through waves and temptations
I know that Christ is leading me

For Jesus smooths the road of thorns
He also carries our cross, as He said
Then, He's affectionately waiting for us up in Heaven

It's only a matter of time before we reach the shore
With the Lord in happiness
One moment, one hour, and then to the harbor
Our Groom is waiting for us.
 
For, the road on which many wept badly
And the bitter tears which have flowed from our eyes
All will be forgotten and we will always sing
