Psalm 41

In the same way, the deer to the water springs hurries,
So my soul toward You, my God, wishes.
My soul to You, my God, craves
And, when he thinks of You, he is fully invigorating.
Day and night, in trouble, I think of You
And, instead of bread, I feed with tears.
Because I hear many who surround me
Saying: 'Where is your God and Lord?'
But I am comforting myself and I say to my soul:
Be patient a bit more and run to the house of God,
'Cause there are spiritual voices that are feasting,
So, rejoice in trouble, my soul, and be happy
And while in tribulation, to the Lord you hope,
That the Lord from all the sorrow is saving you.
Thus, when I see my soul uneasy,
With the thought of God, I raised
And I remember of His many miracles,
From the sea, from Jordan and from the Ascension of Holy Mountain.
The depth of Your kindness and mercy
Has crossed over the depth of my wickedness,
So it is due to thank You for all
And to glorify You day and night.
