Permafrost
Snow mounds are like tombs and the remnants of ice on the road are hard to spot.The cold penetrates the skin, making it blush even more.
The fog hides the wires, the trolleybus stopped coming here a long time ago.
The cigarette will warm me up, it's still a long way to (get back) home.
Dragging shoes through the pot holes, I leave a track.
Toxic air, toxic road, I am being digested by the (ice-melt) reagent.
Sticky snow have sealed my eyes, I go wherever the wind blows.
The half-dead shadow inside the snowstorm crawls through the streetlights tonight.
