Fakir

It was in circus. And sold-out was that day.
A famous juggler was on stage again.
He threw his hat up but he couldn’t catch it,
Recalling dirty words and relatives.

Fakir was drunk and failed the whole trick.
It was so clear, that we all got it.
As a spectator I could understand,
Only for minutes a fakir is a mage

Fakir was drunk and I was sober then,
And didn’t believe in magic promised there.
But art’s illusive and it can deceive
Well, for example, it would return you, dear.

Fakir was drunk and failed the whole trick.
It was so clear, that we all got it.
As a spectator I could understand,
Only for minutes a fakir is a mage

The light turned on. The audience went off.
For everybody has some troubles beyond.
Some problems wait for people night and day
Fakir was drunk and couldn’t help with them.

Fakir was drunk and failed the whole trick.
It was so clear, that we all got it.
As a spectator I could understand,
Only for minutes a fakir is a mage

Two Roses

Drops of exhalation roll down like tears
Adding mist to azure gitchy crystal vase.
There stand two shadows of some lovely minutes,
There stands two roses wrapped in sad dead veil.

One rose was white like a whiteness itself,
It was like a smile of an innocence.
The second one looked incarnation of red,
It was like a dream of unseen magic land.
They both have called me to take them,
They both have faded.

Pleasure looked amazing like an endless ocean,
As fallen yellow leaves in autumn windy day.
But where is it now? It left as strict memento
These two fading roses in azure crystal vase.

The white rose was so melancholy,
She was like an artless panpipe for me,
The other was red. She brought hot to my blood.
She was so shameless and devious and drunk.

They both have called me to take them,
They both have faded.

They’ve withered and never will blossom again.
As our love that has faded away.

They both have called me to take them,
They both have faded.

Teaspoon of sugar

You can find everything in my fate,
There is bitter and sweet.
Fortune have mixed them in lasting way
Forming a wine for to drink.
And you will see when you meet bad luck
If it invites you to dance
There is somebody in your life
Adding some sweet in your glass.

Teaspoon of sugar’s a condiment
Fortune sometimes likes to add.
Teaspoon of sugar’s a tiny snack
Sweet’s to dilute bitter taste.

If love is restless like wanderer
Walks through the maze of my heart
My soul is dreaming to fall in love
And it doesn’t want to discuss.
I know that parting will come again
Soon it will whip with its thong.
Let it will bring hurting bitterness,
Sweet will be precious much more

Teaspoon of sugar’s a condiment
Fortune sometimes likes to add.
Teaspoon of sugar’s a tiny snack
Sweet’s to dilute bitter taste.

My dear friend, never grumble or weep
That life is short and too brief.
Get little presents that fortune gives,
And play a trick with your grief!
Don’t let people to see your troubles,
Watch for a long and you’ll find:
Spoonful of sugar is waiting us,
It is somewhere not far.

Teaspoon of sugar’s a condiment
Fortune sometimes likes to add.
Teaspoon of sugar’s a tiny snack
Sweet’s to dilute bitter taste
