Ah, I saw
saw her descend, come to lay on the sea
airy and carefree
naked, the daughter of night: Artemis
serene, shedding her light on us
 
Sitting there by the shore I could dream it
she, aerial, above the water
casting a glance my way

and she paid me no mind
placid as she is up in the heavens
