Where a thousand eyes
Stare out in emptiness
With hope as their only weapon
A search for answers
Where is the creator
Why do we exist?
 
In weightlessness
Thousand voices suffocating
 

Lifeless Earth

It was here
That water ran through valleys
The sun sprang from a clear sky
That time has passed
The earth now lays abandoned
 
Black crows
Hovering, looking for food
The land dry like a desert
Storms wreaking havoc
Distorting the surface of the earth
The ancient channels carrying mud and dust
 
Lifeless earth
Scorched earth
 
Deep into the intestines of a ravine
By the cliff of the sea that once was
Gleams are grey and thin
Cruelty made flesh
Mad with hunger
 
Faith and depravity
Gave birth to atrocities
Holocaust of wholes nations
Nothing remains
