The time jewels were born

Before I had noticed, jewels had bloomed in my heart
Resembling a small geode
They become bigger as I think of that person
At this rate, they will fill me up, and I might get caught
Yet, I don't want to become a liar

Even more than words, that beauty is like that of the light from a modest sun
The colored days gently let me know

• 1. 'さま/sama' is an honorific used for someone you respect or someone who has seniority over you. Basically in this context she is talking to the moon as if it is a person. There is no decent translation for it in English, so I just left it as 'moon' even though it could also be something more personified like 'Mr. Moon'.
• 2. The title of the song '嘘月/usotsuki' is a pun. It is composed of the kanji for 'lie' (嘘) and 'moon' (月) which is pronounced just like '嘘吐き/うそつき/usotsuki' meaning 'liar'.
